Overview
This line is designed for processed cheese, mozzarella and butter. The listed process includes mixing, pasteurising, homogenising and cooling stages, with cheese curd handled through cooking and stretching for mozzarella, and cream churned and worked for butter.
Contact parts are SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, and the line runs under automatic control with PLC, gearbox, motor, gear and pump as core components. Capacity ranges from 500 to 10,000 L. The listed unit runs on 220 V or 380 V at 50 Hz, measures 510 × 210 × 160 cm and weighs about 1,550 kg. It is shipped in a standard wooden case with a 12-month warranty, and engineers are available for overseas service.
