How dairy processing lines fit into your plant
A dairy line turns raw milk into a stable, safe product: reception and chilling, clarification and standardisation, homogenisation, heat treatment, fermentation or aseptic holding, then filling. We engineer these steps as one hygienic system with a single control philosophy and one cleaning-in-place (CIP) circuit plan.
Lines are sized from your daily intake and shift pattern, from compact pilot and mini-dairy plants to multi-tonne-per-hour installations. Every product-contact part is SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, and lines can be built for cow, goat or camel milk.
Common questions
What is included in a turnkey dairy processing line?
Typically milk reception and chilling, a separator or standardisation unit, homogeniser, HTST or UHT heat treatment, storage or fermentation tanks, filling, a CIP station and the PLC control system. The exact list is set by your product mix and capacity.
Can one line make pasteurized milk and yogurt?
Yes. Many plants share reception, standardisation, homogenisation and pasteurisation, then split into a cold-storage route for milk and an incubation route for yogurt. The pasteurizer holding time and outlet temperature are set per product.
