Overview
This line produces UHT (ultra-high temperature) milk with a long ambient shelf life. Milk is standardised and homogenised, then heated rapidly to a high temperature for a few seconds to achieve commercial sterility, cooled and packed aseptically so no recontamination occurs.
Production capacity options are 10, 100 and 500 tonnes per hour, and the line handles cow milk, goat milk and yogurt products. Construction is SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel, with PLC, motors, pressure vessels and pumps as core components. Installed power is 80–380 kW on 220V or 380V, 50Hz. The listed package form is the aseptic carton, with a product shelf life of 6 months. Certifications are ISO 9001:2008 and CE.
