Turnkey plants, from flow diagram to first batch
We take responsibility for the whole process: design, manufacturing, shipping, installation, commissioning and training. You get one team that understands both the product and the machines.

What each stage includes
Consultation
Product range, recipes, daily output, packaging, budget and the building or land you have. We recommend a process route and automation level.
Process design
Process flow diagram, mass balance, equipment list, layout drawing, and utility requirements for power, steam, water, compressed air and refrigeration.
Manufacturing
Fabrication of tanks, heat exchangers and skids in SUS304/SUS316L with PLC programming. Outgoing inspection with video and a machinery test report.
Packing & shipping
Machines fixed on supports, protected with film and foam, packed in export crates and shipped from Shanghai port.
Installation
Engineers can travel to your site to set equipment, connect process piping and utilities, and check every instrument loop.
Commissioning & training
Water trials, CIP validation and product trials, then hands-on training for operators and maintenance staff.
After-sales
Video technical support, online support and spare parts during and after the warranty period.

Packed to arrive ready to install
Skids are fixed on steel or stainless supports, padded with foam, wrapped against salt air and crated for the voyage.

Choose the scope that fits
Not every project needs a whole factory. Many customers start with one section and extend later.
Single machines
A pasteurizer, a cheese vat, a milk cooling tank or an evaporator, built to your capacity and voltage.
Process sections
A heat-treatment section with balance tank, homogeniser, pasteurizer and CIP, or a fruit reception section with washer, sorter and elevator.
Complete turnkey plants
Everything from raw material reception to filled packs, including utilities design, installation and training.
Project questions
Do you install equipment outside China?
Yes. Engineers can be sent to your site for installation, commissioning and training. Video technical support and online support are available during and after the project.
What do you need from me before installation?
A prepared building with drains and floor finishes, plus the utilities from the layout drawing: power at the agreed voltage, water, steam or a boiler, compressed air and refrigeration where specified.
Can my team be trained to run the line?
Yes. Training covers operation, cleaning-in-place, routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting, using your own product during commissioning.
How are spare parts supplied?
Spare parts are supplied from Shanghai; a recommended spare-parts list is included with the quotation so you can keep critical wear parts on site.
