Overview
A pilot line reproduces the steps of an industrial UHT plant at a smaller, flexible scale, making it suitable for product development, recipe trials and small-batch production. Fresh liquid milk is preheated, homogenised, heated to ultra-high temperature for a few seconds, held, cooled and then filled.
The line is fully automatic, with PLC, motors, pumps and pressure vessels as core components. Capacity is variable, with options of 1, 2 or 10 T/H, and installed power ranges from 50 to 150 kW at 220 V or 380 V. The listed unit measures 210 × 180 × 160 cm and weighs about 1,100 kg. It is shipped in a wooden case and carries a one-year warranty.
