Overview
A milk powder line removes most of the water from milk to give a stable, easily stored powder. Milk is standardised and heat treated, concentrated in an evaporator and then dried, usually in a spray dryer, before the powder is cooled, sieved and packed.
This line is offered at 1, 5 and 10 tonnes per hour and processes cow milk, goat milk and yogurt-based products. It includes agitated tanks from 500 to 10,000 litres, built in SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel, with PLC, motors, pressure vessels and pumps as core components. Installed power is 80–380 kW on 220V or 380V. A reference unit measures 510 × 210 × 160 cm and weighs 3,520 kg. The line is ISO 9001 certified with a one-year warranty.
