Overview
This line processes fresh apples into puree, jam and juice. Fruit is washed and fed to an industrial juicer or crusher, then refined to remove skins, cores and seeds. The puree is heated and pasteurised to stabilise it, and can be cooked with sugar for jam or separated for juice before filling.
The line is offered at 5, 10 or 50 T/H of fruit, with PLC control and an English operating panel. Key machines include a fruit and vegetable juicer and a pasteuriser. Construction is SUS316L/SUS304, and voltage options are 110 V, 220 V, 380 V or 440 V. It is certified to ISO9001:2008, HACCP and GMP, with engineers available to service machinery overseas.

Can the same line make puree, jam and juice?
Yes. After juicing and refining, the apple puree can be pasteurised as puree, cooked with sugar into jam, or processed further into juice, depending on the sections included in the line.
