Overview
This fully automatic line produces concentrated tomato paste. Fresh tomatoes are washed, crushed and heated, then pulped and refined to remove skin and seeds. The juice is concentrated under vacuum in an evaporator to the target solids, then sterilised and filled for storage or further processing into ketchup and sauces.
Production capacity options are 5, 10 and 50 tonnes per hour. Equipment is built from SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel, with PLC and pumps as core components. Installed power is listed at 80–300 kW. A reference unit measures 550 × 220 × 210 cm and weighs 3,550 kg. The juicing yield is listed at 50%, and the line carries a one-year warranty.
