Overview
A clapboard (flighted) elevator lifts fruit and vegetables from one processing step to the next, for example from a washer to a sorting table or crusher. Raised cleats on the belt hold the produce as it climbs, giving continuous, gentle transport without spillage.
This elevator is rated at 1 to 20 tonnes per hour and is made from SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel with PVC belting. Power is 2–5 kW on 220V, 380V or 415V. A reference unit measures 1200 × 800 × 1000 mm and weighs 500 kg. It can be supplied as an individual machine or as part of a production line, is CE and ISO certified, and has a one-year warranty.
