Overview
This whole processing line extracts sugars from dates to make syrup, juice and vinegar. Dates are washed and soaked or heated in water to extract soluble solids, then the extract is separated, filtered and clarified. Clear juice can be concentrated into syrup or concentrated juice in an evaporator, or fermented and acetified to produce date vinegar.
The line is built from SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel, with gearbox, engine, PLC and bearings as core components. Capacity ranges from 500 to 5,000 kg/h, with installed power from 80 to 380 kW. Utilities required are tap water, electricity and steam. The line is ISO 9001 and HACCP certified and carries a two-year warranty.
