Overview
This machine is the heart of a mango puree line. Whole mangoes are fed into a rotating rotor that separates the flesh from the stone and skin; the pulp passes through a screen while stones and peel are discharged. The resulting pulp can be refined, heated and concentrated or filled as puree or juice.
Capacity ranges from 2 to 20 tonnes per hour, with a rotor speed of 400–500 r/min and power of 4–30 kW on 220V, 380V or 415V. It is built from SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel and runs fully automatically. A reference unit measures 2450 × 1800 × 1750 mm and weighs 500 kg. The machine also suits other stone fruit, and the warranty is one year.
