Overview
This double-layer tank stores, mixes and buffers liquid products such as milk, juice and beverages ahead of filling. The outer layer forms a jacket that can provide insulation or carry a cooling medium to hold product temperature, while a side-mounted agitator keeps the contents homogeneous without a top-entry shaft.
Capacity is customised to the project, with wall thickness of 3–4 mm, agitator power of 3–5 kW and voltage of 220 V or 380 V. Core components include a PLC, motor, pump and pressure vessel. The tank is CE and ISO certified and backed by a 12-month warranty, with engineers available overseas plus video, online and spare-parts support after warranty.
