Overview
This milk cooler is a refrigerated stainless steel holding tank used on farms and at collection points to bring freshly drawn milk down to storage temperature quickly and keep it there. A refrigeration unit with an imported compressor chills the tank wall while a slow agitator, running at 36 rpm, keeps the milk moving for even cooling and prevents cream separation.
The tank is built from SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel and is available from 500 L to 8,000 L. The reference unit has 8,550 W of refrigeration capacity and 4.4 kW rated power, with PLC control. It suits cow milk, goat milk and yogurt base, and ships with a one-year warranty.
