Overview
This plant automates the main stages of cheese making: milk pasteurisation and cooling, culture and rennet addition, coagulation, curd cutting and stirring, whey separation, and moulding and pressing. It suits dairies producing fresh, semi-hard or pasta filata cheeses from various milk types.
Contact parts are SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, and the plant runs under automatic control with PLC, motors, pumps and pressure vessels as core components. Output options cover 50, 100, 200 and 300–500 kg/h. The plant can be supplied for 220, 380 or 415 V, weighs about 2,820 kg and measures 510 × 210 × 150 cm. Finished cheese can be packed in aluminium-plastic film, paper boxes or vacuum packs. A one-year warranty applies.
