Overview
This turnkey plant takes fresh cow, buffalo, goat or camel milk through to soft cheese, white cheese, cream and butter. Milk is standardised and, where required, pasteurised before coagulation in cheese vats, curd cutting, whey drainage and moulding; cream separated from the milk can be churned into butter.
Machines are made from SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel, with PLC, motor, pressure vessel and pump as core components. Milk capacity options are 1, 2 and 5 T/H, and the listed shelf life of finished products ranges from 60 to 360 days depending on the product. The listed unit runs on 220 V or 380 V, measures 510 × 210 × 150 cm and weighs about 2,120 kg. ISO9001 and CE certified, with a one-year warranty.
