Overview
This electric butter churn makes butter from cow or buffalo milk cream, for use in bakery butter and table butter. Rotation and agitation break down the fat globule membranes so the fat forms butter grains, which are separated from buttermilk and worked to the required texture.
Production capacity options are listed at 500, 1,000 and 2,000 litres. The churn is built from SUS316L and SUS304 stainless steel and can be supplied with automatic or semi-automatic control, with PLC, motor, pressure vessel and pump as core components. It runs on 3-phase 380V or 415V, 50/60Hz. A reference unit measures 110 × 120 × 130 cm and weighs 1,220 kg. Certifications are ISO 9001:2008, HACCP and GMP.
