Overview
This mini dairy plant gives small producers a complete route from raw milk to cheese. Milk is received, pasteurised and cooled, then cultured and coagulated in a cheese vat where curd is cut and stirred at an adjustable agitator speed before whey drainage, moulding and pressing.
The plant is built from 304 stainless steel with core components including PLC, engine, bearings, gearbox, motor, pressure vessel, gears and pumps. Capacity options are 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 L, and agitator speed is 36 rpm, adjustable. The listed unit runs on 380 V or 415 V (customisable), measures 510 × 210 × 150 cm and weighs about 2,520 kg. It ships in a wooden case with a one-year warranty and overseas engineer support.
