Overview
This line produces apple vinegar from fresh fruit and includes an apple sorting machine at the front end. Apples are sorted and washed, crushed and pressed for juice, and the juice is fermented first to alcohol and then to acetic acid. The finished vinegar is filtered, heat-treated and filled into bottles, with washing, filling and capping integrated at the end of the line.
Equipment is built in SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel with automatic PLC control; core components include an engine, pump and pressure vessel. Individual drives range from 500 W to 5,500 W at 220 V or 380 V. The line weighs 2,520 kg, is certified to ISO9001:2008, HACCP and GMP, and has a one-year warranty.

How is apple vinegar made on this line?
Sorted and washed apples are crushed and pressed for juice. The juice is fermented to alcohol, then acetified to vinegar, before filtration, heat treatment and automatic bottle washing, filling and capping.
What does the apple sorting machine do?
It removes damaged, undersized or unsuitable fruit before washing and crushing, so only sound apples enter the line. This protects juice quality and the subsequent fermentation.
