Overview
This plant turns fresh apples into apple juice and fermented apple cider. Fruit is washed and crushed, and a juice extractor presses the mash to release juice. The juice is mixed and adjusted, then fermented in temperature-controlled fermenting equipment to produce cider, which is clarified and stabilised before packaging.
Capacity ranges from 2 to 20 T/H of fruit, with a listed juice yield of 60–70%. Key machines are a mixer, juice extractor and fermenting equipment, controlled automatically from a touch panel. Construction is SUS304/316L, the supply is 380 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz, and installed power is 80–180 kW. Engineers are available to service machinery overseas, and one year of spare parts is provided after warranty.
