Overview
This complete set of equipment produces both apple juice and apple cider. Apples are washed and crushed, and the juice extractor presses the mash. Juice for direct sale is clarified, pasteurised and filled, while juice destined for cider passes to fermenting equipment where yeast converts sugars to alcohol under temperature control.
Capacity is customised within 2–20 T/H, with a listed juice yield of 60–70%. Key machines include a mixer, juice extractor and fermenting equipment with touch-panel automatic control. The line is built in SUS304/316L stainless steel and runs on 380 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz; power and dimensions are customised. Engineers are available overseas, and one year of spare parts is provided after warranty.

Questions about this line
Can the line switch between juice and cider?
Yes. Juice from the extractor can be pasteurised and filled as apple juice, or sent to the fermenting equipment to produce cider, so one plant can supply both products.

Yes. Capacity, power and layout dimensions are customised within a 2–20 T/H range, based on your fruit supply and product targets. The line runs on 380 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz.
