Overview
This line produces concentrated fruit juice, including apple juice. Fruit is washed, crushed and pressed, and the juice is clarified and filtered before water is removed in an evaporation stage to produce concentrate. The concentrate or reconstituted juice is pasteurised and filled, with bottle washing, filling and capping integrated at the end of the line.
Filling capacity is 1,000 or 20,000 BPH, within a 2,000–40,000 BPH production range. Construction is SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel with electric drive and automatic PLC control, on 380 V, 50 Hz. It handles bottles, cans, bags and pouches, is certified to ISO9001:2008, HACCP and GMP, and has a one-year warranty.

After pressing, clarification and filtration, the juice passes through an evaporation stage that removes water to form concentrate. This reduces storage and transport volume and extends shelf life.
