Overview
This fully automatic plant produces concentrated juice from apple, mango, orange and pineapple. Fruit is washed and sorted, then crushed, pulped or pressed depending on the fruit. The juice is filtered, enzymatically treated or clarified as required, concentrated in an evaporator under vacuum, sterilised and filled.
The plant is built from 304 stainless steel with PLC, motor, pressure vessel and pump as core components. The listed capacity is 500 kg/h, with installed power from 80 to 380 kW. The listed configuration measures 510 × 210 × 180 cm and weighs about 2,520 kg. It is shipped in wooden cases with a one-year warranty, and engineers are available to service machinery overseas.

Questions about this line
Can one plant process different fruits?
Yes. Apples are typically crushed and pressed, while mango and pineapple are pulped. Interchangeable front-end machines let the same concentration and filling section handle several fruits.
How is the juice concentrated?
