Overview
This automatic production line turns fresh apples into bottled juice. Fruit is typically washed and sorted, crushed and pressed to release juice, then filtered, heat treated and filled. Each section is matched to the required output and juice style, and the line can be extended for other fruits and vegetables.
Product-contact parts are built from SUS316L and SUS304 stainless steel, with PLC-based automatic control and core components including the PLC, pumps and drive engine. Installed power is listed at 80–180 kW, with 220V, 380V or 415V supply options. The filling section handles PET bottles from 200 to 2000 ml. The line is certified to ISO 9001:2008, HACCP and GMP and carries a 1-year warranty.
