Overview
This line produces fresh orange and lemon juice from whole fruit. Oranges are washed and fed to juice extractors, the juice is mixed and emulsified for a uniform product, heat treated with steam heating, and passed to filling machines. Bottle blow moulding equipment can be integrated to produce containers in-line.
The line is built from SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel and runs under automatic control with PLC and touchscreen. Capacity ranges from 1 to 20 T/H, with installed power from 80 to 380 kW on 380 V, 50 Hz. The listed configuration measures 510 × 210 × 150 cm and weighs about 3,520 kg. Video outgoing inspection is provided.
