Overview
This plant converts fresh meat into wet pet food for dogs, cats and other animals. Meat is ground and mixed with cereals, vegetables or supplements, cooked, then filled into cans, trays or pouches, sealed and sterilised to produce a shelf-stable product.
The plant is built from SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel and runs under automatic control, with PLC, motor, pressure vessel and pump as core components. Listed capacities are 1,000 and 5,000 kg/h, within an overall range of 500 kg/h to 10 T/H. Installed power ranges from 80 to 300 kW on 220, 380 or 415 V. The listed configuration measures 510 × 210 × 160 cm and weighs about 2,230 kg. A one-year warranty applies.
