Overview
This full processing line produces wet pet food from fresh meat for dogs, cats, birds and fish. A typical flow includes meat grinding, mixing with other ingredients, cooking, filling into cans or pouches, sealing and thermal sterilisation to give a shelf-stable product.
The line is made from SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel and runs under automatic control, with PLC, motors, pumps and pressure vessels as core components. Capacity ranges from 500 kg/h to 10 T/H, with 5–11 kW power on the listed unit and 220, 380 or 415 V supply options. The listed configuration measures 510 × 210 × 150 cm and weighs about 2,200 kg. A one-year warranty applies.
