Overview
This line processes citrus fruit such as oranges and lemons into bottled juice. Fruit is washed and sorted, then peeled where required and pressed in juice extractors. The juice is filtered and blended in mixers, heat treated in a pasteuriser with heat exchangers, and filled into glass bottles.
Key machines include fruit and vegetable juicers, peeling machines, a pasteuriser, mixer and heat exchanger. The line is fully automatic and built from 304 stainless steel, running on 380 V. Dimensions and power are customised to the project, and the minimum order is one set. It suits industrial juice plants processing fruit and vegetables.
