Overview
This multi-purpose pasteurizer treats liquid egg, fruit juice, milk and other beverages in continuous flow. The product is heated to the set temperature with steam, held for the required time to reduce microbial load, then cooled. The same unit can be programmed for products that need different time-temperature settings.
Product-contact parts are AISI304 or AISI316 stainless steel. The pasteurizer uses steam heating and PLC touch screen control, available as semi-automatic or fully automatic. Production capacities include 300 L/H, 1,000 L/H and 1 T/H, with a range up to 10 T/H. Working temperatures are 95, 100 or 115°C, power is 20–120 kW, and voltage is 220V, 380V or 415V. The unit is ISO 9001 certified with a 1-year warranty.
