Overview
This plate type UHT pasteurizer sterilizes milk and juice in continuous flow. Product is pre-heated by regeneration, then heated with steam to high temperature, held briefly and cooled. The cooled product is suited to cold filling. Plate heat exchangers give compact, energy-efficient heat transfer for low-viscosity liquids.
The unit is made of stainless steel and uses steam heating with automatic control. Production capacities are 1,000 and 5,000 L/H, with working temperatures of 95, 100 or 115°C. Power is 10–110 kW at 220V or 380V. Core components include a PLC, motor, pressure vessel and pump. The reference unit measures 210 × 120 × 180 cm and weighs about 890 kg. It carries a 1-year warranty, with engineers available overseas.
