Overview
This compact plate pasteurizer is sized for small dairies processing about 1,000 litres of milk. Milk is heated in a plate heat exchanger, held at pasteurization temperature and cooled, with the regeneration section recovering heat from the outgoing product. Automatic control keeps temperatures within the set range.
