Overview
This plate pasteurizer heats, holds and regeneratively cools milk, juice and similar liquids. Product flows between thin stainless steel plates, exchanging heat with the incoming cold product before reaching the steam-heated section. This saves energy and gives fast, uniform heating.
The unit is made of stainless steel and is heated by boiler steam, with automatic PLC control. Production capacities of 1, 10 and 100 T/H are listed, and working temperatures are 95, 100 or 115°C. The reference unit measures 280 × 220 × 180 cm and weighs about 1,520 kg, with power of 80–300 kW at 220V or 380V. It carries a 1-year warranty, and engineers are available to service machinery overseas.

Questions about this machine
How does a plate pasteurizer save energy?
In the regeneration section, hot pasteurized product passes cold incoming product on the other side of the plates. The incoming product is pre-heated and the outgoing product pre-cooled, which reduces steam and cooling water consumption.

The pasteurizer carries a 1-year warranty, and engineers are available to service machinery overseas. A video outgoing inspection and machinery test report are provided before shipment.
