Overview
This automatic line produces small molecule peptides using high-pressure extraction. In a typical peptide process, raw material is extracted under pressure and temperature, hydrolysed in fermentation or reaction tanks, then filtered, concentrated and sterilized before drying or filling. The equipment selection depends on the raw material and the target peptide product.
Fermentation tanks are the key machines in this line. Product-contact parts are made of SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel. Machinery capacities are 1, 2 and 5 T/H, with a listed range of 1,000–8,000 L/H. Heating can be by steam or electricity, the control system can be semi-automatic or fully automatic, and installed power is 80–300 kW at 220V or 380V.
