Overview
This system extracts ossein, collagen and soluble proteins from animal bone and crustacean material such as crab. Raw material is loaded into jacketed extraction tanks, cooked under controlled temperature and pressure, and the liquid extract is separated from solids for further filtration, concentration or drying.
The equipment is available in SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, with full-automatic or semi-automatic control. Core components include PLC, motor, pump, gearbox and engine. Capacity ranges from 1 to 20 T/H, and the supply voltage (220 V or 380 V), power and dimensions are customised to the project. The system weighs about 680 kg as listed and comes with a one-year warranty and field maintenance service.
