Overview
This tank reactor is used for culture expansion and fermentation in yeast production. The vessel and medium are sterilised by steam, then inoculated, and microorganisms are cultivated under controlled temperature, aeration and agitation. Steam heating and water cooling hold the batch at the target temperature throughout cultivation.
The reactor is built from AISI304 or AISI316 stainless steel and runs under automatic control, with PLC, motor, pressure vessel, pump and gearbox as core components. Listed sizes are 500 L and 1000 L, within a range of 10 L to 200,000 L, with power options of 50, 80, 180 or 300 kW on 220, 380 or 415 V. It handles fungi, bacteria and actinomycetes for food, cosmetic and daily chemical uses. A one-year warranty applies.
