Overview
This plant produces flavoured soy milk at a reference capacity of 1,500 litres per hour. Soybeans are soaked, ground and separated from okara, and the soy milk is cooked, blended with flavours and sweeteners, homogenised and heat-treated before filling. The same equipment can also process peanut milk.
The plant is built from SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel. In addition to the 1,500 L/H model, capacities from 1,000 to 8,000 L/H (1, 5 or 10 T/H) are available. Installed power is 15–200 kW, and the reference unit measures 4500 × 1900 × 2000 mm. Heating can be by steam or electricity, with semi-automatic or fully automatic control at 220V, 380V or 415V. A 1-year warranty applies.

Can this soy milk plant be built larger than 1,500 L/H?
Yes. 1,500 L/H is the reference model, but the plant can be configured from 1,000 to 8,000 L/H, including 1, 5 and 10 T/H versions. Power and layout are adjusted to the selected capacity.
What control options are available?
The plant can be supplied with semi-automatic or fully automatic control, based on a PLC. Fully automatic control reduces manual operations for heating, blending and cleaning, while semi-automatic control keeps the initial investment lower.
