Overview
This complete processing line turns coconut meat into coconut water and coconut milk. A typical layout covers raw material handling, extraction, filtration, standardising, steam-heated thermal treatment and transfer to filling, with each stage sized to the plant's target throughput.
The line is built from 304 stainless steel and uses steam as its heating source. Standard capacities are 1, 5 and 10 T/H, with installed power of 80–380 kW depending on configuration. Core components include a PLC, gearbox, pressure vessels and pumps, and the voltage can be supplied at 110V, 220V, 380V or 440V. A video outgoing inspection and machinery test report are provided, backed by a 1-year warranty.
