Overview
This modular line produces coconut oil by the wet process, working from fresh coconut rather than dried copra. Coconut meat is extracted into coconut milk, which is then separated and heat-treated to recover the oil. The modular design allows sections to be added or arranged to suit the plant layout.
Key machines include a fruit and vegetable juicer and a food sterilizer. The line is built from SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel and can use steam or electric heating with semi-automatic or fully automatic control. Listed capacities range from 100 to 8,000 L/H, with larger 10, 50 and 100 T/H configurations also quoted. Installed power is 80–380 kW, and voltage can be 110V, 220V or 380V.
