Overview
This compact plant produces and pasteurizes soy milk and peanut milk. Beans are soaked, ground and separated from okara, and the soy milk is cooked and homogenised. It is then pasteurized by heating, holding and cooling before filling for chilled distribution.
The plant is built from SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel, with capacities of 1,000–8,000 L/H. Its reference footprint is 4500 × 1900 × 2000 mm, with a weight of about 3,600 kg and installed power of 15–200 kW. Core components include a PLC, motors, pressure vessels and pumps. Heating can be by steam or electricity, with semi-automatic or fully automatic control at 220V, 380V or 415V. A 1-year warranty applies.
