Overview
This automatic machine produces packaged soy milk. In a typical soy milk process, soybeans are soaked and ground with water, the slurry is cooked and the okara (pulp) separated, and the soy milk is then homogenised, heat-treated and filled. This unit integrates container washing, filling and capping so finished soy milk can be packed in bottles, cans, bags or pouches.
Construction is SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel with electric drive and PLC control; core components include motors, gears and gearboxes. It runs on 380 V, 50 Hz, measures 11600 × 2100 × 1900 mm, and filling accuracy is customised. Certifications are ISO9001:2008, HACCP and GMP. A one-year warranty applies, with engineers available overseas.
