Overview
This industrial plant processes soybeans into soy milk at continuous production rates. Beans are soaked, ground and separated from okara, and the soy milk is then cooked, deodorised, homogenised and heat-treated. The plant can also be used for peanut milk.
Product-contact parts are made of SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel, and capacities range from 1,000 to 8,000 L/H. Core components include a PLC, motors, pressure vessels and pumps, with installed power of 80–180 kW. Voltage options are 220V, 380V or 415V. Heating can be by steam or electricity, and control can be semi-automatic or fully automatic. The reference unit measures 510 × 210 × 180 cm and weighs about 2,550 kg.
