Overview
This small plant produces long-life soy milk using UHT treatment. After soaking, grinding, okara separation, cooking and homogenising, the soy milk is heated to ultra-high temperature for a few seconds and cooled. This allows it to be filled aseptically for ambient storage. Peanut milk can be processed on the same equipment.
The plant is built from SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel, with capacities of 1,000–8,000 L/H (1, 5 or 10 T/H). Core components include a PLC, motors, pressure vessels and pumps. Installed power is 80–380 kW at 220V, 380V or 415V. Heating can be by steam or electricity, with semi-automatic or fully automatic control. The reference unit measures 510 × 210 × 180 cm, with a 1-year warranty.
