Overview
This processing line produces soy milk and peanut milk and includes a fully automatic CIP (clean-in-place) system. A typical soy milk process covers soaking, grinding, separating okara, cooking, deodorising, homogenising and heat treatment. The CIP system circulates cleaning solutions through tanks and pipework without dismantling the equipment.
The line is built from SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel, with capacities of 1,000–8,000 L/H (1, 5 or 10 T/H). Heating can be by steam or electricity, and the control system can be semi-automatic or fully automatic. Core components include a PLC, motors, pressure vessels and pumps, with installed power of 80–380 kW at 220V, 380V or 415V. The line carries a 1-year warranty.

What does the CIP system do on this soy milk line?
The clean-in-place system circulates alkali, acid and rinse water through tanks, pipes and heat exchangers automatically. This cleans the soy milk equipment without dismantling it, which supports consistent hygiene between production batches.
